• Serpentine Material: P235.8 Special Boiler Tube
• Tensile Strength: > 360 MPA.
• Yield Strength: > 235 MPA.
• Rp Flow Limit (0.2%): 198-108 (at 100-450°C.)
• Inner Coil Material: ¢31.8-¢44.5/2.6-2.9 mm.
• Outer Serpentine Material: ¢38.0-¢44.5/2.6-3.2 mm.

Steam Generators Water Conditioning Criteria:

• Water Hardness: < 0,1ºDh.
• Conductivity : < 1.000 µS/cm.
• Oxygen Content : < 0.05 mg/lt.
• C02 Carbon Dioxide Limit: <25 mg/lt.
• Free CO2 Limit: < 0 mg/lt.
• pH Limit : ~ 8.5-9.5
• Metal/Iron Limit : < 0.02 mg/lt.
